                                                             OUR PROCESS

stones are cleaned in 2 methods by our crystal healing practitioner and are bathed in our signature essential oil blend to provide the best stone to you. Processing and shipping normally take place within (1-2) weeks due to every order being handmade to order.

                                                           RETURN POLICY

In the case of a return, for whatever reason it may be, you are required to ship the item back to Owleye Healing. We only take returns when items are sized wrong, the wrong item was sent, or the item was broken upon receiving. You are only allowed to return items within 1 week after receiving them when running into one of the previous reasons. After the item has been received expect a refund within 7 Business days. Please be patient as covid has affected this process overall.
